RTS Information

Purpose:

The Revised Trauma Score is used to quickly assess trauma severity and predict survival probability.

Components:
  • Respiratory Rate (0-4 points)
  • Systolic Blood Pressure (0-4 points)
  • Glasgow Coma Scale (0-4 points)
Score Range:
  • 0-3: Critical (immediate intervention)
  • 4-8: Severe trauma
  • 9-10: Moderate trauma
  • 11-12: Minor trauma
